Indian head massage: $55, 45 mins
A beautiful treatment that involves massaging upper back and shoulder. Releasing tension from the neck, scalp and completing with a face massage. Immediate benefits are that you will feel deeply relaxed and feel the tension quickly ease away. Other benefits include improved circulation to the scalp and therefore promoting new hair growth, relieves stress & tension, improves fine lines & wrinkles, eases headaches and promotes general well being.     

Aromatherapy Foot spa & Foot Massage $45 - 40 mins 

Relax your weary feet in this deliciously warm foot spa with de-stressing aromatherapy oils. Complete this treatment with a foot massage that aids circulation and stimulates the mind, body and soul. Excellent for those on their feet alot, pregnant ladies or just as a treat.
 

Hot Stone, Back, Neck & Shoulder massage: $55       45 Mins
Don't you wish that when you are getting a wonderful back massage that it would just go on that little bit longer. This amazing treatment combines a variety of massage styles with Hot Stone massage. Using the hot stones really enables the back muscles to fully relax, relieving aching muscles and stress and allowing a more theraputically beneficial massage. This is ideal for those that would like to experience the benefits of the deep tissue massage without the pain.  

Swedish massage: $75        60 mins
A traditional therapeutic massage, aids in improving circulation, muscle tone, lymph flow and toxin release.

Crystal Reiki Massage: $75        60 mins
This gentle light clothed massage is deeply relaxing & healing. It combines Reiki and chakra balancing which treats the whole person physically, emotionally and mentally. Crystals are also used which aid in amplifying the healing on the chakras.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi: 90 mins-4 hours. Prices from $120 - $260
The “Rolls Royce of all massages”.
A  beautifully relaxing and yet invigorating  full body massage using hot oil. Long flowing strokes from the shoulders to the toes. Includes scalp, face, hands and feet.

HypnoMassage: 90 mins $125

Lastone Massage: $125    90 mins
One of the fastest growing massage techniques used in spas today. Uses a combination of hot and cold stones applied to the body in various ways. Brings relief to stiff, sore muscles.

Sacred stone massage $125       90 mins
The combination of hot stones, crystals and a Reiki massage, will leave you deeply relaxed & energized for days.

Chi Nei Tsang: Abdominal Massage. $75       60 mins
(Recommend a course of 5 treatments)

Chi Nei Tsang treatments involve using a gentle, soft, and deep touch to the abdomen to coax and train the internal organs to work more efficiently and to deal with unprocessed emotional charges. Chi Nei Tsang sessions include coaching in breathing, nutrition, visualization, and self-manipulation 
 
 

Reiki & Karuna® Healing: $55 ( or a $1 a min, min 25 mins). Koha healing once a month, and special pricing for pensioners & community services card holders).

(Recommend a full course of 4 treatments). 
This gentle treatment is relaxing and will leave you re-charged and energised.Reiki is a form of vibrational healing that aids the receiver to heal physically, emotionally or spiritually. It is great for any physical aches, pains, conditions or dis-ease. Clients suffering from cancer often experience benefit from this gentle modality. It is fantastic for reducing stress from work, family and frequently brings greater clarity for emotional issues.

Reiki shares are held on a regular basis held once a month in a beautiful clinic by the beach at Titahi Bay. These gatherings are such a wonderful and sacred time for all whom are a part of the group. The Reiki Shares are a fantastic opportunity to talk with other healers, practice your skills, learn new techniques and receive some self rejuvenation.

It is also a time to really give back to the local community and to those that really need some healing but don’t necessarily have the funds.  Many experience such a deep sense of calm, personal self growth, healing, and letting go after the sessions and fully energised for the week ahead. I do hope you can be part of this experience.  I hope you relish this time as a real opportunity to practise and hone your skills and participating in the very essence of what Reiki is all about.
