Training Course Terms & Conditions.

Holistic Health Ltd training course arrival Times/Finishing Times.

Please arrive promptly, preferably arriving 15 minutes prior to the course commencement time.

Courses will commence on time without delay.

Course times detailed may be subject to change starting earlier or continuing later than the specified times. This will be communicated and agreed with all participants.

Payments

Holistic Health Ltd course payments will be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the course, unless an agreement in writing has been negotiated with Holistic Health Ltd.

Holistic Health Ltd may agree in some cases that payments of the course can be paid in installments. Course fees will need to be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the course.

Fees not fully paid prior to the course will result in either cancellation or rescheduling of the student. (Cancellation policy applies)

All prices listed are GST inclusive.

All course prices include soft copy of the course manuals, morning and afternoon tea and certification. Hard copy work-books are available on the day for utilisation by the students. Hard copies can be provided at an additional price of $20 per manual.  

All prices include the use of equipment on the day/s of the course. Holistic Health will be fully re-imbursed by equipment damaged by any student damaging equipment willfull or accidental.  

Prices do not include the student maintaining any ownership of the equipment used on the courses ie. Stones, oils, heaters, massage tables etc. 

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable booking fee of 25% is paid to reserve a students place on the course.

Full refund is provided 30 days prior to a course (less booking fee)

More than 30 days notice. Course students may have the option to re-schedule to another course date without occuring any additional booking fee or a refund of 75% of course costs.

More than 14 days notice. Course students may re-schedule to another course date without occuring an additional booking fee or a refund of 50% of course costs.

7 days notice. Course students may have the option to re-schedule to another course paying an additional booking fee of 25% of the course costs. No refunds given.

Less than 7 days notice or No Show. No refunds are provided. Students may have the option to reschedule at 50% of the course fund fees.

Holistic Health reserves the right to terminate a student without refund for behaviour deemed unacceptable, disruptive or in-appropriate on a Holistic Health Ltd training course.

Holistic Health accepts no liability or will not take any responsibility from any student or 3rd party being injured as a result of partaking in a Holistic Health training course. Please do bear in mind that 0% of accidents have occured since operating in NZ 2004 to any student as a result of any Holistic Health Training course and to no known 3rd party receiving treatment from a Holistic Health student.
