Wellington based Holistic Health Ltd's Lynda Millar recently presented a range of holistic massage therapies live on Good Morning TV.

After graduating in the UK with a Bsc degree, Lynda embarked on a successful career within the Telecommunications/IT industry. During this period Lynda also maintained her passion for health and wellbeing which had begun at a very early age and she began to privately formally educate her-self in range of holistic therapies which began in 1994. In 2001 she left the UK and spent two years travelling and trained internationally within the UK, Hawaii, Australia and New Zealand. During this time she lived in NZ and fell in love with the people and country. Lynda returned to the UK in 2003 where she attended the UK’s leading European College of Holistic Medicine, were after 18 months of training she graduated with a Diploma in Life Coaching, NLP Master and Clinical Hypnotherapy. Upon her return to New Zealand in 2006 she initially helped to set up and manage a natural health centre whilst also establishing herself as a therapist and setting up Holistic Health training school teaching a range of self development and natural therapy courses nationally and internationally.

Her focus is integrating the healing of mind, body and soul therefore her classes offer a integrative approach imparting her wealth of knowledge from numerous fields.
